Locations

made2order current account ('the Account') shall be available w.e.f. May 29, 2003 at all finacle enabled branches of ICICI Bank. Phone banking transactions such as Dial-a-DD or creation of fixed deposit, and Doorstep Banking Facilities will be available at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Pune subject to the adherence by the Customer of such guidelines, terms and conditions as specified by ICICI Bank from time to time (including execution of all deeds, documents or other writings as required by ICICI Bank for the provision of such facilities). Multi-city cheques facility is offered at locations as mentioned in Schedule 1(Multicity locations). For the purpose of charging for various features of the product, the centres are divided into two categories provided in Schedule 2 (List of A & B Loacations)

Availability

ICICI Bank reserves the right to close the Account after giving a notice of 15 days or withdraw the concessions in all or in part or withdraw any service/ combination of services provided to the Customer if ICICI Bank is dissatisfied with the conduct of the Account. Mobile Banking Alerts facility shall be provided if the customer provides a mobile phone number.

Products & Facilities available with the Account

Subject to ICICI Bank formulating and establishing the guidelines, terms and conditions of the Account, Products and Facilities available with the Account from time to time, and the adherence by the Customer of such guidelines, terms and conditions as specified by ICICI Bank from time to time:

The Customer shall have the option to request for creating a fixed deposit out of the credit balance available in the Account.

The Customer shall have the option to request for creation of fixed deposit and link it to the current account. The Fixed deposit so created shall have the feature of reverse sweep, which is, in the event that the balance in the current account falls below the predetermined limit the fixed deposit shall be liquidated and money shall be transferred to the current account. If more than one fixed deposit is linked to the current account, the fixed deposits shall be liquidated on LIFO (last in first out) basis i.e. fixed deposit created first shall be liquidated while fixed deposit created last will continue unless the predetermined limit is breached.

Phone Banking and Corporate Internet Banking Facilities shall be provided for operation of the Account. In respect of the Account, ICICI Bank may at the time of submission of completed account opening form specify the maximum number of user ids to be issued for Corporate Internet Banking. Burglary and/or Personal Accident Insurance cover would be available to the Customer opting for Corporate Internet Banking. Issuance of ATM/Debit Card Facilities pertaining to cheque deposits, and payments Any other products and/or services/facilities, as may be introduced by ICICI Bank from time to time.

ICICI Bank shall have the absolute discretion to amend or supplement the guidelines, schedules, terms and conditions and such amended/supplemental guidelines, schedules, terms and conditions will apply to and be binding on the Customer. ICICI Bank shall have the absolute discretion to introduce, modify, discontinue or suspend offering of any products, services or facilities (or any features thereof). ICICI Bank shall publish the guidelines, terms and conditions (and the amendments/supplements thereto) which are applicable to the Account, the products and facilities available with the Account on its website www.icicibank.com. All the terms mentioned in the Account Opening Form, the Channel Registration Form, the Schedule of Charges & the business terms expressed herein alongwith all the guidelines, terms and conditions that may be formulated and established/specified by ICICI Bank from time to time (including amendments/supplements), shall together the govern the Account, the products, services or facilities (or any features thereof), the Customer and ICICI Bank.

Charges

Charges for facilities utilised under the Account would be levied at the rates as prescribed in Schedule of Charges as attached to the account opening form and / or as put up on the website from time to time. Charges will be debited to the Account at such intervals as may be deemed fit by ICICI Bank. If Customer fails to maintain required QAB in the Account ICICI Bank will debit the Account of the Customer to the extent of additional charges as provided in the Schedule of Charges attached to the account opening form.

In case of any wrong credit or late returns reported by the correspondent bank/counter party, ICICI Bank shall have the right to debit the Account for the wrongly credited amount and will charge interest at the clean overdraft rate for the period for which ICICI Bank remained out of funds. In case of any shortfall in the Account or in the event of closure of the Account, ICICI Bank shall have the right to claim the amount from the Customer.

Notices

Notices in respect of the Account, the products and facilities available with the Account may be given electronically to the mailbox of the Customer (which will be regarded as being in the writing) or in writing by delivering them by hand or by sending them by post to the mailing address given by the Customer and in the case of ICICI Bank to the respective branch where the customer has an account. Additionally, ICICI Bank may also publish notices whether of general nature or otherwise, which are applicable to the Account, the products and facilities available with the Account on its website www.icicibank.com. The Customers will be deemed to have received such notices upon its publication on the website.
