Trade MIS:
|
You can avail Trade MIS by registering for Corporate Internet Banking.
What you can view online:
|
• Limits: - View the parent limit and all the sub limits e.g. LC limit,
BG limit etc.
• Documentary Credits: View the following documentary credits like
Import Documentary Credit, Export Documentary Credit, Inland
Inward Documentary Credit, Inland Outward Documentary Credit
• Bills: View the Import Bills, Export Bills, Inland Bills, Outward Bills
• Bank guarantee: View the bank guarantee, issued by ICICI bank.
• Forward Contract : View details of forward contract, which you
have entered with ICICI Bank like Forward contract no, Status,
Contract value, Counter Currency, Available Value, Booked date,
Maturity date, Purchase, Sale.
For all the above features you can view the closed bank guarantees, the closed bills, Closed DC etc.

Trade alerts and E Advices
|
Trade E Alerts are sent out weekly and E Advices are sent out daily to our trade customers. These help you to track and monitor all your activities conveniently.

Our trade alerts cover:

| For the last 7 days: Forward contracts booked, Bills lodged, DC lodged
For the coming 7 days-Alerts about forward contracts/ DC and bank guarantees that are going to expire, bills due, and bills due for delinking.

E advices:
|
E Advices is a convenient way through which you can receive daily
email statements on:

• Import & export bills- foreign bill
• Remittances-foreign bill
• BG
• Inward & Outword DCs
• SWIFT
• Inland bills

Process of registration for trade alerts:

Fill the channel registration form and opt for view access.
No additional documents are needed.

Process of registration for e-advices:
|
| Send us a request letter signed by the authorized signatory along with your emaild/id's where you wish to receive the e-advices, account number and customer-id.

Global Cash Management Solution:
|
| Our Global Cash Management Facility is a comprehensive reporting tool for global corporates who operate in multiple countries and currencies. This feature is structured around your various foreign banks which send you daily statements in MT 940 format. Our Global CMS solution allows you to view all these account statements through a single interface, Corporate Internet Banking.
